Yes, you would still be able to enjoy snow at Rohtang Pass, about 1 hr drive from Manali.
However the snow there would be brownish in colour between end-May %26amp; start-June, as it wouldn't be fresh.

Yeh you may find...I went a few years ago and was lucky to see snow near Rohtang Pass, which is about 1 hr drive from Manali.
The best way to make sure is to ask any travel forum...
