I know there has been a record breaking snow fall amount in wisconsin. I live in the area of IL/MO. i heard that this summer (around June or July) all that snow that they have gotten will flood and is all coming this way! and we are going ot have another flood like the flood of 1993! is this true? it kinda makes since with the amountof snow fall the north has gotten!

You're overexaggerating on this. The entire eastern seaboard got dumped with snow all winter long, but it's already starting to melt with no flooding. It's a gradual melt so there won't be any flooding.
