why does it snow in summer and rain cats and dogs in winter in northern canada was snowing here in june and raining here just after christmas how come did the weather man start drinking?

Reply:Well, cats and dogs are warmed by the sun and become cats and dogs vapour.
As they rise in the atmosphere, the air temperature drops along with the pressure. The cats and dogs vapour starts to condense and forms droplets around tiny dust particles in the upper atmosphere.
Eventually these droplets of cats and dogs grow to a point where they are heavy enough to fall, and then it rains cats and dogs.
