If your sick for one week ................?

................... and on one of those days they had to cancel school because of snow, do you have to make up that day in June?

If the school holds a make up day, you must attend, regardless of where you were when it happened.
Reply:I am guessing that you are a teacher at this school, each school has it's own rules and regulations, at least the County School Board or the Separate School Board, you would have to contact them in order to get the answer since they all would differ to some extent. But my guess is that yes you would have to make that day up if the other teachers have to..
Reply:If you go to a public school, most likely yes.


But,in some cases in private schools, their budget is low so they do not have enough money to add on the days. In that case, you won't have to make up that day. It depends though. Sometimes they do have enough money.

Reply:No you don't have to make up that day in June. Snow days happen. The school schedule is already set in stone, there is no changing it.
