in california one of the worst freaking *** places ever well compared to the ******* freacking *** rocking universe. or the united states i rank cali as 5th best state. after like maryland. I grew up in the Bay Area and live in San Diego currently and these two places has to be some of the best places to live in the country.
You don't know anythign about CA and have probably never even been or at least lived here. CA is the best state in the country b/c it has so much to offer. It's a big state with many problems but it's not nearly as bad as you or your idiot friend says. All the crap you say is such bullsh*t and not even true. I am so sick of idot, rednecks like yourself who try so hard to hate a place they don't even live in or have been to. Get a f*ckin life you loser. Nobody here in CA gives a rat's a*s what you dumb a*s Texans think. And the world loves CA more than the US and makes this country look better. If you have ever been out of this country to Europe you would see how people there have much more respect for Californian's than people from other states. CA has the most diversity in terms of people and geography of any state and that's why we are the biggest and most powerful state.
And we don't have natural distasters more than any other state. How is that flooding in Texas right now? The last major earthquake we had was almost 15 years ago! I've lived in CA my whole life and have never been affected by a natural distaster. And how many people died this year from tornadoes in TX? Or those wildfires you had last winter? TX has more natural distasters that strike more often and affect more people. Can't wait till a F5 rips Dallas apart or a Hurricane drowns that hole in the ground of a city that is Houston.

Texas has way worse crime than CA, especially compared to areas like the Bay Area or San Diego.

Don't judge all Californians by the ones that comes from Fresno. Since you're stuck on Texas you know that the people from Ft. Worth, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Austin and El Paso are all completely different.
As a former resident of Dallas for 34 years I think I can comment on Texas. Texas is filled with illegal immigrants too.
Dallas also has a higher crime rate than Los Angeles. In the 2005 FBI crime statistics Dallas ranks 17th, Houston ranks 18th, San Francisco ranks 27th and Los Angeles ranks 28th.
Speaking of malls, there is a HUGE abundance of malls in any Texas city. Why? It's too hot outside to do anything, but go to the mall.
Personally, as a gay person, I think Dallas and Houston were more liberal and gay friendly than quite a few parts of LA and Orange County.
Thank you for your military service. You sound a lot like my brother (Marine) when he got back from the first Gulf War. He also drank too much and smoked a lot of pot to forget what he saw and to lessen the pain of the injuries he sustained.
